Happy Boo-day!

What better way to celebrate a babies 1st birthday than with a personal size birthday cake and some cupies! The birthday party theme was monsters. So I matched the cake and cupies to the invitation. This is what I came up with....

So what do you get the teenager who has everything? A cake that matches his shoes :) Happy Birthday to my little brother. I can't believe how fast the time goes by. I just hope He enjoyed this checkerboard cake! It was vanilla and chocolate checkerboard pattern on the inside with Cream cheese frosting. mmmmmmmmm!

POW! Super hero Birthday Party

So to celebrate my son's 7th birthday we did it up super hero style. With homemade capes and masks to compliment these homemade cupies. They were vanilla cake with cherry filling and vanilla frosting. When you bit into the cupie there was an explosion of color!

Bottoms Up!

So this past weekend I made a cake for a friends 32nd birthday. Thought he plays video games he said he didn't want anything like that. But that was the only thing I was given to work with. Since he is a booty man I finally settled on a girls bottom with his name tattoo'd on it. :) Cake is Double Chocolate Stout with Vanilla frosting.

A PSP Birthday

This weekend I made something I don't make a lot of. A sheet cake! Not just any sheet cake a PSP cake that started off as a sheet cake! Vanilla cake , filling was vanilla pudding and fresh strawberries, finished off with vanilla frosting.

Super Mario Bros. Cupies

My son just celebrated his birthday Super Mario's Brother's style. Here is the set of cupies I made for his party. P.S It is very difficult to find Mario Bro. party supplies.Lots of homemade decor. But it was SUPER fun especially once the mustaches came out!

Cupies are "funfetti" cupcakes filled with Vanilla pudding topped with vanilla frosting and then finished off with sugar paste Mario Bros. Art.

Ninjas!!!!!!!!!

This was for a birthday party. Theme... Ninjas! I love it! I had so much fun making them and they were super simple to make.

These cupies were Banana cake, nutella filling and whipped cream topping. Covered with a sugar paste ninja.
