When a friend of the family asked me to make a birthday cake for her granddaughter I jumped on it. I remember watching snoopy from a young age so it was fun to recreate him and woodstock! He is one of my most favorite cakes to date! He is Chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache filling and frosting. The mini birthday cake was funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. Woodstock is rice cereal treat.

Happy Birthday Olivia!

I was asked to make a cake for a dear friend of the family. She named her Daughter Olivia, after, none other than Olivia the pig. A childhood favorite of hers :) So it only seemed fitting for her first birthday that she have an Olivia the pig cake!

Elegant babyshower

My Girlfriend asked me to create something elegant for her best friend. This is what I came up with :)

I had a blast making this cake. I used a couple of techniques I had never used before . Making the heel out of fondant was alot of fun! After is dries for a few days it really holds up well. :)
